Apple Crisp

Ingredients: 7 apples (peeled and sliced), 1 cup flour, 2 sticks cold butter, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 1/2 cup oats(minute or regular), and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Pre-heat oven to 350. Place apples at the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan. Combine flour and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Using a pastry cutter  (I use a knife) cut butter into flour. Add brown sugar and continue to cut in, add oats and cut in. Add cinnamon and toss to combine. Pour mixture on top of apples and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbling. Add ten more minutes if you need to. I also will broil a minute or two to really crisp up the top. Watch so it doesn’t burn!
